Alyse got her start at Motorola, Inc, where her work in managerial accounting and financial analysis set the foundation for her career. With experience in several industries, including technology, manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, she has a particular knack for SaaS, not-for-profits, and startups/small businesses. Just prior to joining Acuity, she worked as a consultant, counseling clients on their accounting models and operations while providing accounting services like bookkeeping, account reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting. At Acuity, she is most successful when she’s getting to work with the client finance team to identify goals and help the company through their diverse accounting needs so that they can achieve success. Outside of work, she spends a lot of time with her family — which includes her husband and three children — and contributing to the community where she has served as Board Treasurer and Finance Chair of local not-for-profits.
Kristi knew she was going to be an accountant from the very beginning, starting her finance career in grade school when she helped her grandparents manage the ledgers at their general store, Hall’s Groceries, in Forsyth, GA. With experience in manufacturing, service companies, and charter schools to name a few, she excels at helping small to mid-sized businesses leverage technology and strategy to build efficient processes. With more than 15 years in the business, she enjoys tackling internal challenges and prides herself on putting in the hours to get the best possible result, and when she’s not on the clock, you can find her crushing an obstacle course or kicking it in a line dancing competition.
Yenan thrives by being able to help with clients with intricate accounting and financial reporting needs. At work, nothing puts a bigger smile on her face than knowing clients are taken care of. With a detail-minded, results-driven work ethic, she is a great team player that enjoys working with people from different cultural backgrounds. Since she joined Acuity, she has worked on several M&A due-diligence cases that resulted in successful sales/acquisitions. With experience in both public and private accounting, she takes initiative and ownership in solving complex problems for enterprise clients and specializes in computer software and real-estate accounting practices. Outside of work, Yenan loves reading and watching her daughter practicing ballet. What she enjoys most is traveling and experiencing different cultures with her family.
With over 23 years of experience in finance, Cyndi is a career accountant, having worked throughout the US with companies in a variety of sizes, ranging from single-employee companies to multinational corporations. With experience as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche, a public company controller, and many positions in between, her knowledge, perspective, and expertise helps business unit leaders improve financial insight and accuracy. A pro at preparing companies for mergers, acquisition and restructuring, she thrives in a team environment where her personal strengths and communication skills help her meet each client’s unique needs.
Starting her career in public accounting at PwC in risk assurance, Amanda also worked in the oil industry before joining the Acuity team. With a knack for helping smaller companies where she can really get to know the people she works with, she prides herself on meeting new people and building lasting personal and professional relationships. Very detail oriented, she’s most valuable to a team who’s looking to improve their efficiency with new systems and software, and she loves to save her clients both time and money. When she’s not working, she loves traveling with her family, rooting for her alma mater Texas A&M, and horseback riding.
With two decades of finance and accounting leadership and oversight, Sonna is a natural organizer, mentor, collaborator, and skilled client-relationship manager who excels at formulating sound financial strategy. She began working at five years old in her parent's grocery store, learning the benefits of hard work and serving customers with excellence. With experience in everything from initiating and implements a new remittance processing system to participating in major business decisions and evaluating financial impact, Sonna is well known for making sound judgment calls that result in top performance. Always treating her employer’s businesses as her own, she prides herself on collective success and seeing her clients reach the next level with smart business decisions.
